Unlike traditional assays, IsoPlexis captures the polyfunctional profile of individual cells, meaning it can simultaneously measure multiple cytokines or chemokines secreted by the same cell. Using a proprietary multiplexed microchamber and antibody array system, the platform analyzes thousands of single cells in parallel, revealing rare but highly functional subsets that determine immune responses or disease progression.
