Since January 2025, we have acquired a CosMx Spatial Multi-Omics instrument, which enables us to analyze tissue samples using both spatial transcriptomics and spatial proteomics. CosMx is an integrated system featuring proven cyclic fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH) chemistry, a high-resolution imaging system and interactive data analysis and visualization software called AtoMx. Human and mouse panels are available. Complex analyses of 1000 or 6000 genes and the entire human transcriptome at cellular and sub-cellular level are possible.
